Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Allied Wellness Center invites anyone who provides care for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease or dementia to attend this program. This program will teach stress management techniques, relaxation and coping strategies. Please call 830-620-0092 to reserve your seat. Space is limited. Meets every Thursday for 9 weeks starting 7/12/2012.
