SBS Construction has completed work on a new storage facility in New Braunfels, the first of several planned projects backed by Daughtry-Boerne Investments.

The New Braunfels Storage facility is located at 2090 IH-35 in New Braunfels. It consists of 534 units and 77,000 square feet of space. The storage facility has been built with both climate and non-climate controlled units.

The New Braunfels storage facility is the first of several planned by Daughtry-Boerne Investments and SBS Construction.

The facility will be managed by Professional Management Inc.

Boerne, Texas-based SBS Construction provides development, design and construction management services to commercial clients throughout Texas and Louisiana. The company also has a full-time operations office in Baton Rouge, La.
