BUSINESS TRADE SHOW WRAPS UP

A feature of the BTS Sneak Preview is the selection of the Best Decorated Booths.  Winners for 2010 for Large Business were (First Place) New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, (Second Place) TXI-Hunter Cement, (Third Place) GVEC and Small Business  (First Place) Barnard-Donegan Insurance, (Second Place) Landmark and (Third Place) Flowers by Jeni.

The 22nd annual Business Trade Show with the theme “Business in New Braunfels is Staying Alive” was held September 14-15 at the New Braunfels Civic Convention Center.  Seventy-seven exhibitors filled the Exhibit Hall and Ballroom.  Over eighty business owners and managers attended the two seminars “The Power of Email Marketing” and “Google Secrets for Local Businesses” during the Day show in the meeting rooms.  Over 2,000 attended the Show.   Grand door prizes were awarded to Holly Crenwelge of Fat Boy Towing (a diamond ring donated by Ernesto’s Jewelry Factory) and to Ray Martinez (a home entertainment package sponsored by First State Bank and First Commercial bank with equipment purchased through Alarm Automation/Plaza Audio & Video).
