Small Business Counselor

The UTSA Small Business Development Center is part of the largest management and technical assistance network in the United States. It is funded through a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Texas at San Antonio. The SBDC has been serving Comal County for over 20 years.

Services include assistance with startup businesses, business planning, preparation of loan proposals and evaluation of business expansion needs, for starters. The counselor servicing this area is Wayne Looff. To make an appointment call the New Braunfels Office of the SBDC at 830-214-6435. The office is located at 800 W. San Antonio St. All information is held in strictest confidence and there is no charge for the service.
