OPEN HOUSE HELD DURING TX CHAMBER WEEK
Chamber Members were invited to an Open House at the Chamber offices during Texas Chamber of Commerce Week, Oct 19-23.
TEXAS LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE GONE "TECHY"
The 44th Annual Texas Legislative Conference will be promoting and interacting more in cyberspace this year compared to previous ones.
New Braunfels was recently represented at the International Economic Development Council annual conference, held in Reno, NV
BUS. EDUCATION-PARTNERSHIP BUSY, BUSY , BUSY
In addition to monthly meetings, the BEP committee is working on the "Kits for Kids" project, school truancy, and the PAC/TAC program.
NEW BRAUNFELS iPHONE APP IN PRODUCTION
An iPhone app with GPS integration is in production for a general New Braunfels tour with over 50 POI, incorporating history as well.
LEADING THE WAY- LNB & YLNB 2010
Both YLNB and LNB had their first class days this month.
CTTC ENROLLMENT BOOMING - OUT OF SPACE
With record enrollment (1,700+) for the Fall 2009 semester the Central Texas Technology Center is bursting at the seams.
BUILDNB EXPANDING MARKETING CAMPAIGN
The 4B Board recently approved Chamber recommendations for marketing funds to target CA based Toyota suppliers.
HALL OF HONOR RECIPIENTS RECEIVE THANKS
During the Hall of Honor Luncheon over 45 recipients were thanked for their contributions to our community.
